This Privacy Policy explains how Evermore Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with our mobile games, including Queens: Color Logic Puzzle (the “Game”). By installing or using the Game, you agree to the practices described below.

- Game data stored on your device. Your puzzle progress, statistics, settings, in-game currency balance, and purchase entitlements are stored locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Google provides us only with a confirmation that a purchase was completed.
- Advertising and device information. The Game may display ads from third-party advertising partners. To serve and measure ads, these partners may process information such as your advertising identifier, device type and settings, IP address, and general usage data.
2. How Information Is Used
- To provide and save your game progress on your device.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
- To display advertising and limit how often the same ad is shown.
- To diagnose crashes and improve the stability and quality of the Game.
3. Third-Party Services
The Game relies on third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing — policies.google.com/privacy
- Advertising partners used for in-game ads, which may include Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and ad mediation partners. Their handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
- You can remove all locally stored game data by uninstalling the Game.

Game data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by third-party providers is retained according to their own retention policies.
